      Pros

      Extensive training- junior staff are nice and very courteous. Excellent if you are a customer. They offer great customer care but at the cost of the misery of many employees you get promoted if you are prepared to stab your colleagues in the back and if one of the managers favours you. excellent clients retention- so if you are on the customer end, you will receive excellent client care

      Cons

      Favoritism and suppressing those who have a personality You are watched and probed constantly. (my boss used to follow me in corridors and even to the toilet to make sure he kept me under the thumb). Mind control tactics Spying and restricting the number of people you talk to(to make sure teams do not form cliques) The list goes on...

      Pros

      AWC has benefits that include health insurance, a pension, Cycle to work scheme and regular performance appraisals. The salary is okay there and bonuses are paid when productivity targets are reached.

      Cons

      The shifts are very long; though change was being considered when I left. The Management's approach for motivating staff was very demotivating. My main complaint with working here was the long hours and the highly pressurized environment.

      Cons

      A company surrounded with redundancy at the moment, people who knew their job let go. Why? Because Ego is a big factor. Workload been force onto your already highly busy workload with no extra time, no value, What I heard today just makes it worse, Voice your opinion there answer is if you don't like it leave. Shocking mangers/AKA Supervisor who actually don't listen at all. don't apply here.
