Pros

The only good things I can think of are the salary increase the first few years and it looks nice on the CV.

Cons

I have worked for the company for a few years. During all my PMADs and 1 to 1s I was always told that I need to do many tasks to get promoted to a Senior. I was always asking and getting more tasks but nothing happened. Other people who did way less than me got promoted I was just told that I need to be patient and that I need to do even more tasks. After over 3 years in the company I lost all hopes and decided to leave the company. You can not expect entry level employees to do Senior and Team Lead tasks without getting paid for it. Advise to everyone on an entry level position - don't let the company use you like the used me. Employees who are longer in the company will always be prioritized even if they don't put the same effort as others. PS: I strongly disagree with Ida as a CEO. Never met someone who just cares that much about profit instead of his/ her own employees.

Pros

- Flexible times - Friendly employees with a variety of nationalities - No dress code

Cons

How to put it... you are not there to accomplish something of great value to yourself but just a number for upper management which doesn't give a damn about you or your performance, and if you are seen as a liability or a threat, everything will be done to put you in jeopardy, to put into question your presence in the company... Pressure will be exerted for you to leave if you do not meet THEIR own requirements which vary from person to person. Training which was given to us was comical, interesting but still comical and totally insufficient and inadequate. You learn about standard claims but just a month after, you are thrown into a totally different team where you have to learn everything by yourself. Of course, there are very friendly staff which will help you out... under the careful eye of the TL who will supervise every movement they do. For anyone caring of his mental health, of his creativity and hapiness at work, unless you fancy long hours doing constantly the same thing for a rather low pay, I would not recommend joining this company as you may feel regret later, as it won't give you anything apart from (somewhat) financial security. There is nothing to gain from it. There are other smaller companies, SMEs but also NGOs where employees are much better treated and where their work is taken seriously.

Bullied by a member of senior management

Pros

There are some very decent people working for the company. It is nice to work with so many different nationalities and cultures. The Christmas party is also a lot of fun.

Cons

My experience working for this company has been mainly negative. Bullying is commonplace. I am being bullied by a senior member of the sales team. He regularly bullies me in front of my colleagues and says really hurtful things about my work, my appearance and my personality. I believe my colleagues are too scared to say anything in case he turns his attention to them. He thinks he’s being funny but he regularly crosses the line. There is no point in confronting him or going to HR because nothing will be done.
