      Pros

      Global company and possibility of increasing your knowledge on the industry and different cultures

      Cons

      Amadeus is not a fair company, HR doesn´t exist except for payroll. Leaders are weak strategically speaking and they are strong on politics. They are specialized on making the right connections no matter what it takes, even if it is using the wrong tools and approaches. Dark side of the force is there!
