      Pros

      Good atmosphere, not much work to do, people are very polite, the package salary is ok.

      Cons

      Sometimes I felt that the company is abandoned. The company has a awful HR. The management team is very poor. No great leaders. If you have friends in the company you can promote yourself. I dind found no great genius there, very average employees.

      Pros

      Though a global corporation, Amadeus has a family-friendly feel to its atmosphere. No matter where in the World you visit an Amadeus office, you know you're there due to the multicultural approach and feel it has. Amadeus has competitive salaries though it could do a lot better compared to it's competitors (including bonus structure). However, it does have good benefits from paid holidays, to health insurance, to legal assistance and so on. Overall, I can't really complain.

      Amadeus could work on providing more competitive salaries.
