Good work / life balance Really look after / care for their staff - numerous internal events put on for staff such as massages, mindfulness sessions, yoga, meditation etc... Flexible working Excellent benefits package - better than any previous company I had worked for in London Feel everyone is equal - Senior Managers and Directors are always visible and approachable Lovely offices, overlooking the runway - it feels like you are in London even though you are not Great people - everyone within the business is all striving to achieve a common goal and the togetherness is visible

Outside of London so location might not be as easy for some to get to Can take a while to get anything signed off / approved but this is common with most global companies
