Cons

Few senior directors who are influential in the top management makes their division toxic in nature. Though management aware of this, they chose not to take action ( which is very suspicious) They are capable to create/build story to glorify people as well as to penalise people as per wish.

- The company is great - you get to work with diverse teams across the globe - high paying salary - SL and VL are combined so it's up to you how you want to use them - HMO

Cons

- Your luck in Amadeus depends on the project and manager that you are in. Most projects have a REAL hybrid setup with 1-2 days onsite work. But in my department (operations), the manager is strict with 3 days onsite and does not have any valid reasoning for having it that way when people can efficiently work at home without any issue. It's the typical Filipino by-the-book-manager who does not care about his employees.

Cons

lots of issues with systems not talking to one another, but the biggest challenge was billing. As systems evolved over time, or were sunsetted or upgraded, the billing system struggled to keep up and customers were often invoiced incorrect amounts over large periods of time. Selling was not hard since the products are solid but dealing with account cleanup was a massive time consumer
