Pros

Most employees are virtual (home based) and are given responsibility for their territories. This allows the employee to be more entreprenurial.

Cons

Not a lot of support for virtual employees and hard to get answers in a timely fashion. European based company so it is even harder to get answers if you need to go to the development center or world headquarters for answers.

Pros

Most co-workers make it worthwhile to come to work. The Miami office offers great work-life balance and good benefits.

Cons

Headquarters in Europe need to get their act together to see who they want to be. And by the way...the US staff knows their customers and their stuff. But if something doesn't originate in Europe, it's tough to get it moving.

Cons

Old techlogy with little chance to change tools and pocess. Few chance to get involed in multiple projects.
