Pros
Colleagues can be considered as true friends and many a long lasting friendship has been built over the years with like minded individuals. Indeed the concept of Diversity and inclusion is truly alive and well in Amadeus and a true pride in working for the company does (in the main) shine through.
Cons
Despite the flag waving and much trumpeting of themselves the HR department (or P&C as they rebranded) are without question the weakest link in a world class company. P as in People? Well.... People (ie: Staff - what they want is irrelevant). C as in Culture? Well.... I was brought up to respect different Cultures, and have an open mind and always try and find a mutually agreeable outcome - and the PEOPLE and CULTURE of P&C in Amadeus - notably in APAC is horrendous to say the least.
