Pros

Amazon internal slogan is work hard, have fun and make history. That's exactly what you should expect. It's a fast-paced environment with the challenges of growing while implementing processes locally, great work environment and many career development opportunities and possibilities. Amazon is being real about its culture (amazing btw) and being an inclusive company!

Cons

Benefits are average, but compensation in great with yearly compensation reviews on top of the mandatory by law. As as fast-paced environment, time management could be a challenge.

Pros

learning something new every day, fast paced, some people are amazing and most are highly intelligent

Cons

They will fire you for taking a leave of absence if they don't believe it's a good enough reason. If you're in the FCs, they work you to death and you have to make rate, no matter what. No accommodations for making rate. Managers get ahead by claiming someone else's work, by gaslighting those under them, by acting like they're the ones to fix everyone else's mistakes. They only care about results, not how you got the result. You are nothing to them.
