Pros

Title. It is just like buying a brand T-shirt. When people see it in your resume, it`s great. You will get some further interviews because of that.

Cons

No work-life balance. You will have so many meeting during your working hours that your only time to finish everything is at home when you don`t have meetings and have no distractions. You will be working standing on your feet for 10 hours. If you don`t block your calendar during lunch time someone is going to invite you for some meeting at this time as well. There are a lot of safety related duties that are going to fill out up to 25% of your time... So... Do the math: Meetings all day long, safety duties.. At what time are you going to do your job? The worst experience of my life! When I left, I was diagnosed with burnout syndrome and I was taking medicine for anxiety. Unacceptable!
