Benefits, salary, growth opportunities, training resources, some managers, opportunity to interact with other stakeholders internationally, opportunity to make lateral movements, work hours flexibility, opportunity to work in high stakes projects
Cons
Long work hours, some managers are really bad and don't take responsibility/are always shifting blame , high turnover in all areas which at the same time is good since it expels bad managers and employees
