Pros

Professional and lean work environment Strong and effective culture Great compensation and benefits package Fosters innovation, creativity and career growth

Cons

My job was eliminated without notice and I was given no opportunity to move to another position. This really affected my trust in the leadership. Processes have minimal bureaucracy however too much self-service makes difficult to solve issues at work.

Pros

Aggressive remuneration, great bonuses, good benefits, constant, innovative learning environment, and (moral) recognition in the global IT market.

Cons

Intense workload (!), unhealthy competitiveness, poor communication between departments mainly due to the "two-pizza team" concept, a discourse from the past about the company being super generous and shameless with investments and risks addressed by former employees... but which is currently a fallacy. Leadership principles (14) distorted or often misleading, again pointing to an old cool Amazon that is no longer what it once was.
