      Pros

      The best pros is a clear career growth and how to achieve our goals! The training plan is amazing also I learned so much over there and became a real professional. Other pros is their ethic policy, the strong culture and benefits like bonus yearly.

      Cons

      The worst cons is the wage for starters and benefits for them. Unfortunately the company is becoming old and too much tradicional, loosing good new talents to keep follow the world changes.
