Cons
Lack or poor feedback although company encourages recurrent feedback process from managers, structured career plans inexist; the company environment requires high amounts of self motivation - it is expected from you that you'll be always proactivem dont ask questions, read extensive documents alone; if you are not part of "the" project or is not a "show off" kind of person, you will be forgiven for promotions.
