      Large. You get to know dozens of people

      Became cynical and evil. McKinsey became close and influential consultant to Executive mgmt on June 2020, and it shows. Opportunistic downsizing in the height of Covid-19 ( most people remained unemployed for VERY long time). At the time the company published record quarterly revenue and income. Less than a year later, following massive resignations, the company panicked and tried to recruit people back with +25-40% higher salaries… and now, again, company is demoting people when they change positions, and planning to fire people again (mainly is US and Israel). Bad,, unstable, stressful atmosphere all around

      Good place to get experience and leave as quickly as possible for any alternative.

      Cons

      Amdocs is a greedy organization that wont do the right thing, they will - Make you work weekends and not let you take time in lieu - Force you to take vacation days instead of granting Christmas breaks - Pay you less than what your market value is for the position you're in - Create a toxic work environment by asking you why your taking a sick day - Accost you in front of your colleagues/subordinates for misunderstandings - Not grant any RSU nor Options to encourage shared success

      Insurance and benefits a huge plus.

      Cons

      You cannot express concerns without repercussions; You defiantly can not go to HR or your manager in confidence it will be repeated instantly without a blink. HR and Sr management will throw you under the bus in a quick minutes. You will learn you are not valued. There is no work life balance. Diversity is a joke.
