      Not a good company for US workers

      Benefits. Allowed to work from home.

      Cons

      US workers are treated as an undesirable necessity to service the many offshore positions. There are constant layoffs as jobs are moved offshore. Offshore turnover is very high with a result of a lot of knowledge loss, Management has no clue what our challenges and day to day work is and treats us with distrust.. There is a lot of wasted overhead tracking everything. Even when the company does well the bonuses and raises are few,

      Need to be Israelis or Indians to climb up ladder.

      Established. Stable. Big organization. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Almost all management levels are either Israels or Indians. Low annual increment 1.5% average. Bonus is just ok.

      No planning and Fire fighting all the time. 200% work expected from each employee. No work life balance at all.
