Company Culture is not Friendly, Upper Management is Apathetic
Pros
Start Pay is Average Benefits are Average Facility varies but generally actual company facilities are nice, well kept and coffee, tea, and various snacks are available regularly
Cons
Unofficial culture of we do not care how it gets done as long as it gets done which allows for incompetent and lazy workers to be carried by others. Bonuses and raises are not frequent and generally not much Promotions are even harder to come by and aren't always based on the best possible applicant, nepotism, nationalism and favoritism are rampant Work life balance in the project I work in is across the board unreasonable Upper management does not back their people and often makes decisions to their teams detriment they are apathetic and very quick to tell their people just how replaceable they are No friendliness towards coworkers no sense of community at all, often people will segregate themselves according to country/region of origin. People will not engage with you unless you are on their team or they wish to join your team.\\ Evaluation system is an absolute Joke
