      Highly stressed environment Overwork and over-expectations Lack of appreciation No motivation Less compensation Expected to perform work of 3 by 1 Weekend working that many times is not scheduled. People are called directly on weekends and asked to login.

      Global brand recognition — Amdocs is a Telecom giant known worldwide. Well-established workflows for large-scale, client-facing projects. Decent starting point if you land in the right team. A few teams genuinely innovate and experiment — great for learning. Opportunities to collaborate across time zones and cultures.

      Cons

      Your career trajectory hinges entirely on your manager’s mood, not your performance. You can contribute 14+ hours a day, own deliverables, support teammates — and still be invisible. Promotions and visibility go to favorites. Genuine contributors are ignored, blamed, or pushed aside. Very few teams build anything new; most just copy existing solutions with little technical depth. Long hours + manipulative leadership = high burnout risk. Raise a concern? You’re labeled "difficult" and might face micromanagement or complete isolation.
