Pros

Good money. Can sometimes pick your schedule including 5 or 4 day work week. Cafeteria was nice. Good location of building

Cons

Constantly drilled about meeting metrics. They say they care about employees however it was all about the bottom line. I was always told to offer (sale) on EVERY call even if they had fraud or were upset. You were always afraid of losing your job if you said one word wrong. They were looking for ways to let people go so they can pay outsourced people less.

Micro-management, metrics that don't hold the highest levels accountable for the customer experience, training has been reduced and is ineffective, employees are seen as numbers but are expected to deliver world class service.
