1. Passive Aggressive Culture 2. Everything is about perception versus the work that you do. If you're lucky to be in the right role with good boss and exposure -- you're in a great spot and you'll love the place. Pros

co-workers were great It used to be a great company, for over 20 years, but not any more

Cons

Management has put unrealistic requirements on the travel agents. They have reduced staff and demanded higher productivity. They want more, faster, and no mistakes. They have gone so far overboard it's unbelievable and for most not obtainable. Stress, stress, stress, is what you get if you work for AMEX.
