      Outsourcing to India, only poor leaders and suck ups left!

      Pros

      The pay was good to start, then the raises were terrible, the jobs micromanaged, the lazy people get promoted for sucking up, and the hard workers have heart attacks and die young, right after they get outsourced! These ARE the good points!

      Cons

      You get treated like Chinese factory workers, your breaks are timed to the second, and if a phone call runs into your break you have to shorten the break to be back on time! There are no extra bathroom breaks! Everything is picked to death-you are always meant to feel inferior!

      Sold on the lie of caring for every employee when hired

      Pros

      The starting pay is better then most call center jobs. The training is very intense, educational, and paid

      Cons

      Lack of caring for the individual, only numbers. I was let go for receiving a injury caused by the basic functions of the job because I was no longer able to preform the basic functions of the job. I wasn't the only employee let go for this reason. So if you want to work here, don't get injured or you will loose you job.

      Competitive pay, promotion opportunities, benefits, flexible work arrangements

      Cons

      Frequent layoffs, increasing workloads for existing employees, moving more and more jobs to India, employee ranking/alignments, required to give 5-10% of staff "needs improvement" ratings even if undeserved.
