      Great Company Great Career

      Pros

      It is a great company with good work life balance. The senior leadership is really nice. The benefits are decent and we get a lot of time off which is great. You can move around the planet which I have been able to do. Finally, you can have multiple careers in sales, marketing and finance if you so wish too which keeps things interesting.

      Cons

      It can be a little too NY centric in Senior Management which can limit careers for those living in other large cities. Also the benefits while OK could be better especially medical and dental. Also some of the more recent acquisitions have not been the best and we are dealing with those issues now.

      Global Complany who has been doing it this way for a long time

      Global company with chances to move around frequently

      Many of the departments I have worked with have FTE's who have a lot of tenure and as a culture are not open to new ideas or inovation Challenged with work life ballance, Upper management has a real fear to allow employees to work in a more virtual environment
