      Pros

      Really large and developed Java community within the company, so you can gain extensive experience not only by working on projects but also by exchanging knowledge with other javists and by studying the internal education platform. Each month Java meetups and Tech Talks are held which any employee is free to attend.

      There are no any large issues, IMHO

      excellent opportunity to grow and develop, remote work and relocation, available education, really friendly attitude towards employees

      Cons

      i thought to work on healthcare projects since i had been a nurse before learning java, but only 1 of my 4 projects belonged to this field. the projects were large but didn’t match my background
