During the traineeship period, we provide our students with the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and hands-on experience on training projects until they become Junior specialists and join our staff – since then, they start receiving salaries.       There are some great specialists working here. The team is quite young. Great attitude to work remotely. (I have been working remotely for 5 years). Excellent office on the 23rd floor in the center of Minsk. All the usual IT options like break rooms, free coffee and cookies and fruit, health insurance and sports compensation. Very polite communication between coworkers - never once came across rudeness or inability to quickly resolve an issue. Wonderful RM and HR staff.

      Cons

      Slow wage growth of late, most likely related to the crisis in industry and the war.
