      Great Place to Start and Grow in International IT Projects

      Great place to start a career. Solid onboarding, mentoring, and training programs for junior specialists. International projects. Plenty of opportunities to work with clients from the US and Europe, which helps build valuable experience. Remote and flexible options. Possibility to work from home and, in some cases, flexible working hours. Team environment. Most colleagues are professional, friendly, and easy to collaborate with.

      Cons

      Relatively low salaries. High employee turnover.

      - great start for beginners - nice range of opportunities to grow (cources, intensive classes, meet-ups) - opportinity to try new roles (resource management, interviewers, experts, mentors, etc) - each employee is provided with support - great RM & HR teams

      Excellent career growth opportunities first of all, high income, wide geography of projects, wide range of domains which means broaden experience, good conditions for workers like remote work, medical insurance etc., business trips
