      Opportunity to gain a lot of varied experience by jumping between projects Previously, there was an opportunity to receive a competitive salary Good place for juniors to become middles or seniors

      Cons

      Pretty pathetic relocation bonus If you are unlucky with the project and/or the customer, it is easier to quit than to get transferred to another project, although this may depend on the department On upper middle or senior level, there is no much room for carear growth

      It's a great team. A lot of things are based on excellent specialists and the feeling that you are in a team and not on your own. This is important for good work. There is a real balance.

      Cons

      Like any dynamically growing company there are slippages in building processes.
