      •Huge amount of internal courses •The ability to work remotely •Quick resolution of issues from support and management •Benefits •People •Best company for begginers

      •No option to choose a project. Small selection of interesting projects •Salary •Bench activities. A lot of useless activities that take up time that could be spent learning something really useful

      Pros

      1. I appreciated the detailed feedback during the hiring process; it felt very open and honest. 2. Great chances to grow your career and learn new skills (Internal learning platform, English courses, regular assessments). 3. Supportive atmosphere that really encourages you to keep learning. 4. Employees have the opportunity to take on additional activities and thus earn more. 5. In terms of diversity and inclusion, I haven't noticed any gender or age discrimination directed at me.

      Cons

      1. Sometimes processes can be a bit unclear, making it hard to know what’s expected. 2. According to various publicly available ratings and salary comparisons, the pay at Andersen tends to be lower than that of other major outsourcing firms in some jurisdictions. 3. Sometimes I stay after work and don’t submit for overtime, which negatively affects my work-life balance, because such overtime requires justification, and I can’t always provide. 4. As a Middle BA, I have to learn every day to meet the company's requirements, which can also be a positive and motivating aspect.
