      A great place for the first work experience

      Pros

      It gives you a chance to get a new profession if you have no work experience. It is a great place for professional growth. Andersen is a big company with a lot of different projects. They carefully select people, I haven't met a single employee with whom it would be unpleasant to work. There are many additional activities offered if you want to earn extra money. Special thanks to their HR, who organize the best team building events and make sure that you feel as comfortable as possible in the company. Resource managers are also always ready to help within their capabilities

      In the last couple of years, the company has been raising the salaries of its employees very slightly

You can develop in your stack, domain, in management or combine several roles - Lots of activities - PRs, assessments - Great and supportive management - International projects in different domains - Seek leave, medical insurance
