      Encouragement and assistance with your professional education, very good young people like a real community, interesting projects from different countries, fully remote mode from anywhere and offices in many countries if you need one, chance to earn extra-money for additional activities. Very good to start your IT career.

      Pros

      Working at Andersen Lab has offered me significant support and opportunities for growth over the past six years. If you're willing to put in the effort, there are plenty of chances to develop your skills and advance in your career. The company is also proactive in helping employees take on extra (paid) responsibilities, which can be a good way to diversify your experience.

      Cons

      One of the downsides is the goal-setting system. While intended to stimulate growth, it can feel forced and is a source of frustration for many employees. Additionally, salary increases have been challenging over the past few years, which affects overall satisfaction.
