Pros

Greatest company where I have worked so far. Company processes are all well structured. All departments work very well. A lot of perks for employees including comfortable office, great equipment, insurance etc. The career growth perspectives are very good such that even intern has a clear roadmap and vision how to become a C-Level. Company offers a lot of educaitonal resources for any direction and also provides a way to enhance your leadership by becoming manager for other employees. Awesome place for work and grow together with a great people both professionally and as a person.

Cons

For now, I have no idea about cons

Pros

All pros of an outsource Great people around, everybody are welcome and ready to help in the office Depending on the project an opportunity to work for cool company's around the world Support during start of the project Good project management A lot of skillful employs with different dev stack Good learning program

Cons

All the downsides of outsource company Horrible visa sponsorship and high management process(took more then 4 month) therefor i wont recommend the compony for anybody who doesnt have a right to work in Hungary Not clear celery expectations (promotions are regular but quite hard to predict the sealery fork) Educational contract that requires you to be enslaved for 1.5 years after you finish the educational program and you got a job contract(the fine is 5000 eur) If the company dont find the project for you, you will spend a lot of time in unpaid internship (up to 7-8 months) especially with uncommon stack of technology Not competitive sealery in first year or two

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, Andersen cannot influence the timeframe for obtaining a visa. The company is committed to transparency and fairness in the salary and internship process as outlined in the agreement. We constantly analyze market trends and adjust our policies to remain competitive. Andersen welcomes the career development of newcomers. Many of our senior employees also started as interns. We will be glad if you build your career in our company.
