      An important point for me is that the company has a lot of humanity in the interaction between coworkers and management. Excellent opportunities for professional growth and pumping yourself up as a good specialist. High-quality training in the company's laboratory. Super comfortable work organization environment. No standing over your head, mostly independent distribution of tasks for the day, you don't have to work like a robot, turning off your brain. The people in the company are something especially wonderful, which can brighten up many nuances)
