      Constant development and interesting projects, many courses and motivation to take these courses, optional paid additional activities. At the beginning of the war, the company provided financial support to each Ukrainian employee and allocated resources to organize evacuation

      1) Andersen proposes many opportunities for career growth with detailed steps and clear timelines 2) Andersen has their own Education platform to make their employees better 3) Perfect HRs and regular outside team buildings

      I don't want to over-praise, but this is one of the best companies to build your career with

      1) Great team that is a pleasure to work with. Very creative people who can generate out-of-the-box solutions; 2) Active corporate life (we paint pictures, ride bicycles, learn video shooting, and other internal events, etc.); 3) There are great opportunities for growth (both career and personal); 4) Office in the center of the city with all possibilities; 5) Cool resource management system, where you can quickly solve any of your problems or questions.

      Cons

      The most difficult thing was learning in the beginning, as a lot of things were new to me and I had to actively study them (in the end, the effort was worth it)
