      Pros

      Working here is more or less comfortable, especially in comparison with other outsourcing companies I worked at.

      Cons

      Haven’t experienced any problems with the management, but sometimes the pressure and workload are so high that you can easily burn out within a short time, so the company is only a good choice if you are career-oriented and really determined to scale your income, no chilling.

      with the right negotiation you can earn a decent salary, and you always have somene to turn to with any issue you may have

      logging, extra meetings, sometimes unfair technical assessments done by people who are not experts at that specific technology can affect your career at the company
