I started my career over 3 years ago at Andresen. Before that, I worked in a completely different field, so the start was quite stressful for me. However, everything turned out to be not so scary. Firstly, the company has a well-functioning training system. The procedures are transparent and understandable. I was given the necessary equipment. Throughout my training, I felt supported by my mentors. In addition, after that I worked on a “study project” for some time. In case of difficulties, I always knew who to turn to for help and I always received complete answers to my questions. After passing all the credits, I received my first real project. But even after finishing the laboratory, my training was not over. The company has resource managers who help with further career development and training. In addition, the company has an amazing atmosphere. This is not only a place where I work, but also a place for parties and meetings. I also love our activities outside of the office. Every month we have many events, and everyone can participate in what they like. But I received the most valuable support from the company at the moment when I needed relocation.
Cons
The market situation is difficult now. Therefore, the choice of projects is small and there is no choice. Wage growth has slowed. However, this is not the first crisis that the company has experienced.
