Pros

In September 2022, I started QA Manual courses at Andersen company, which lasted for about 2 months. After completing the courses, I passed a technical interview and began working in the laboratory. Three months later, I was hired as a full-time employee and started working on a commercial project as an embedded tester. After a year of work, I decided to change my career direction and return to classical testing. I like that the company offers opportunities to try out different roles and gain experience in technical interviews, management, and pre-sales. More experienced colleagues are willing to share knowledge and expertise. I also value the clear and understandable process of grade advancement with specific timelines. Additionally, I appreciate the opportunity to express my wishes and ideas and receive support in their implementation.

Cons

One potential drawback is the lack of transparency in salary review processes and feedback systems.

Pros

- Opportunities to earn more by doing extra work - RD & SRM ready to develop the department within the set framework - Resolving issues as soon as possible - Quality staffing - Special treatment in the form of gifts for remote employees

Cons

- A crippled salary review process - An internship process for trainee designers that hasn't changed in years - Some processes are left behind the scenes, which prevents the employee from fully seeing the situation

At Andersen, we deeply value your feedback, especially from those who have been with us for several years. We also recognize your dedication and hard work through various benefits, gifts, and extra pay for extra work. Regarding your comments, we have simplified the salary review process by removing the number of approvers so that it is completed on time if a project is started. The new rate and PR allow us to give you feedback on your performance, and the salary review can be as early as next month. At Andersen, we are committed to fostering a transparent work environment. We strive to make information about our existing processes as accessible as possible for all employees. To achieve this, we utilize various internal corporate communication channels, such as mailing lists, detailed process descriptions on Wikispace, and SD briefings highlighting ongoing and board-focused processes. We also have a troubleshooting or ASCORM map. If a process seems unclear to you, you can ask your resource manager or HR, send an email to feedback@andersenlab.com, or look at the description of that process on the internal Wiki. As for the internship, we are constantly updating our training programmes and working on changing assessments to provide our employees with even more opportunities to develop and grow within our company. Your feedback is vital to us. Thank you for sharing your impressions of working at Andersen.

Pros

I’ve been working here in mobile department for multiple years. General atmosphere of working here is really good for me. It’s a big company, so your experience may vary depending on people and department you are working in. But in my case - communication in our department and communication with resource manager is very good. I quite often get feedback about my work from PM and client too. Andersen is outsource company so one of the benefits is that you can work on many projects in different areas (fintech, real estate, marketplaces, social, etc.) while working here. Sometimes between project you can spend some time on bench.   As for professional growth: company has such processes as tech assessment and performance (salary) review. For your next performance review you usually assign some objectives (it’s some kind of PDP) that need to be reached. If your grade is high enough - you can participate in such activities as pre-sales, mentoring, conducting interviews, etc. There are also some internal courses available in the company both for soft & hard skills.   Overall I’m happy to work here.

Cons

No major negative points from my side
