Pros

The company offers good opportunities for learning and professional growth. There is access to various internal and external courses, including corporate English classes, which is very valuable. I had strong mentorship and support during my onboarding period, which helped a lot with adaptation and development. The HR team also does a great job creating a positive team atmosphere and organizing team-building activities that help employees feel engaged and connected.

Cons

The transition process into a permanent role could be more structured and transparent. It is not always clear how employees are assigned to teams, what the next steps look like, or whether there is a probation period. Clearer communication and a more defined framework for this transition would help manage expectations and improve the overall experience.
