We never require trainees to relocate, as it is impractical. In our correspondence, we have clearly stated that participation in the internship in Warsaw only makes sense if you are planning to move there. Our trainees receive a stipend during the traineeship. You are referring to the salary range for those who have completed their training. Due to the market situation, we had to adjust those ranges. However, we informed you about that change in advance. You had the opportunity to decline these conditions and end your training. 2022 was a tough year for the entire IT market (and not only), so we decided to reduce our lab. That was a tough decision, but thus we could guarantee the remaining trainees projects when they completed their training. We regret that the lab reduction affected you.
