Pros

Lots of projects, lots of different tasks thus quite a fast environment to get experienced. Compensation for educational courses (on one's free time, ofc and after full completion). Lots of additional business activities, such as project presales and estimations, mentoring programs, resource management programs, etc.

Cons

Inexistent onboarding (I've been logged in to the system and that was it). Incompetent resource management (pretty much no help from your manager, skipped 121s and other planned meetings). Incompetent trainee programs (due to the very lack of structured programs or standards, one has to act on his own even without any previous experience). Not that many 'good' projects to choose from (thus there was pretty much no such option 'to choose'). Almost no long-term projects (another switch every couple of weeks/month). Multiple projects at a time. The worst part for me was the assessment (while I passed easily) and the salary negotiations: it's not a problem to gaslight the employee as underperforming and incompetent (while received positive and very positive reviews from clients) rather than increase the compensation for $200-500 (for junior-senior levels, accordingly).

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to create a supportive and structured environment for all of our employees and appreciate any feedback as it helps us to improve and make necessary adjustments to our work processes. The onboarding process has recently been streamlined within the company, with regular one-on-one meetings overseen by top management. The onboarding process does not include a salary review - it allows you to get a raise. Salary increases are part of the performance review process. We value your input and are grateful for your help in improving our operations.
