      Despite the positive outlook on social media, senior management doesn't care about the employee's livelihood. I wouldn't recommend working under the constant pressure of getting fired anytime.

      Good afternoon. Indeed, if your project is ending, you might be benched. However, don't take it as a threat of dismissal. Bench is commonplace in any outsourcing company's workflow. While you are benched (it takes eight working days on average), we'll do our best to find a new project for you as soon as possible.

      incredible community and people. Interesting events if you work in the office

      Cons

      the company makes money on employees, giving them to higher-level specialists while paying them a low salary. The revision of salaries at the initial stages is strictly limited and cannot be accelerated.

      A lot of events for employees which can remove focus from real issues.

      Disregarding toward employee's mental and physical health. A lot of burn out employees in the company because of the management issues. RMs can't do their work properly or don't interested in employee's mental wellbeing.
