Good opportunities for professional engineering growth and potential for internal mobility. Best for Interns, Junior and Middle developers in my opinion

Cons

Navigating large-scale organizational processes across different teams can be highly bureaucratic. Additionally, there is very little job security if you are unassigned; if the company runs out of projects related to your tech stack, you are most likely done after just one month on the bench.
