Pros

The company provides an excellent starting point for young professionals. The training program is extremely well-structured—an intensive four-month course that covers both theoretical foundations and practical skills. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming, and highly supportive, with HR organizing many office activities that help people connect and unwind. The benefits package is also strong: medical insurance, partner discounts, and a Multisport card.

Cons

1) The starting salary is quite low (the country’s minimum wage rate) with a subsequent increase (after 6 month period of work on commercial project) by 20%, that much lower than the market rate 2) The 1.5-year mandatory service period with a significant penalty for early employment contract termination. 3) The first year of employment requires working in the office five days a week 4) Salary increases are tied to additional activities such as participation in presales, interviews, and mentoring, with delayed compensation paid after six months.
