      Pros

      Possibility for project choosing, especially in case of experinced specialists. Some projects are flexible for location. Personal career development plan, a lot of additional activities, which can be payable, possibilities to participate in meetups and courses.

      Cons

      Depends on project team it can be complicated to negotiate clear conditions for participating in that. But in my cases all issues was resolved successfully.

Also, offers a well-structured and intensive internship program for junior specialists. The training process is rigorous but effective — it helps build strong foundations for those starting their careers in IT. Many interns successfully convert into full-time employees and grow into strong professionals within a year. High performers are recognized and offered further opportunities for career growth.

      Cons

      The company has a very high pace and can feel demanding, especially for those not used to aggressive growth environments. Work-life balance may be difficult to maintain in some roles.

      * A large number of educational and professional materials available for self-study * The office is conveniently located in the heart of downtown * Strong preparation for interviews with the customer * A personal professional growth plan that helps you stay focused and continuously learn new things * A great place for those who are just starting their professional career in IT

      Cons

      * A large number of assessments at the beginning (I started my journey in the company with an internship), which can sometimes be quite exhausting — especially when combined with work on the main project * The salary is not very high compared to the average market level in the industry
