Good starting point for IT, but here is some management issues

Pros

It's no secret that clients sometimes need specialists for a few months but don't want to hire them full-time, even though this would be cheaper. The problem is that there's more bureaucracy involved. While the company is a good place to start an IT career, it comes at the cost of mental health. The training processes are generally well structured.

Cons

Exploitative and sometimes toxic management practices are being introduced alongside the 'universal employee' policy. For example, a developer with expertise in two technologies may not see a significant increase in their salary. While this makes specialists competitive in the market, it's unclear whether they'll receive a corresponding salary.
