      It's worth thinking hard about. Very weird place for work with a lot of drawbacks

      Pros

      - Timely payment (UoP, B2B => 50/50) - Medium office - Free courses (But you can find most of them online)

      Cons

      - The company is led by managers, and technical specialists are just expendable - The projects are of very questionable quality - Colleagues are mostly trainees or junior (all worthy specialists have left or been fired - Andersen Lab is not interested in the growth of its employees (The higher the level, the higher the salary, but this is not the way of Andersen Lab) - At the request of the HR department, all Andersen Lab employees must write reviews on Glassdoor

      Andersen Lab honest review

      Pros

      - It’s a great first step. You get a chance to grow fast, and it gives you a strong foundation. - One of the company's strongest parts is its internship program—in just a few months, people go from having little experience to becoming confident junior+ developers with solid theory and real practice. - The company is full of genuinely good people. Toxic behavior isn’t welcome here. - The workspace is comfortable. - If you feel like switching tech stacks or exploring a new area, there are many posibilities to do that within the company, which is a big plus.

      Cons

      - The salary is very low compared to the market, and even after some time and solid results, it doesn’t change much. - Career growth feels limited. - It sometimes feels like the company isn’t interested in long-term collaboration. Responsibilities keep increasing every quarter, but the recognition — both financial and career-wise — just doesn’t follow. - The internship is tough, long, and stressful. You need strong nerves and good self-organization to make it through. - The compensation and benefits are weak: 1) No (or almost no) relocation help (individually for each person), no support with residence or document issues. 2) There is no compensation for meals or taxis, but there is partial compensation for work-related tools and a partial reimbursement for gym membership. 3) Bonuses are small and feel more symbolic than actually motivating.
