Pros

Stable and solid company with thousands of employees around the globe, very comfortable working conditions (fully remote or offices in Europe, nice people in the team, general support and teamwork, good attitude from management), good opportunities for education and development even if you want to change your directions, interesting projects for cool businesses.

Cons

I have only been working in Andersen for 4 months, but now my experience is fine.

Pros

Some of the colleagues are nice, but overall not many benefits

Cons

Very toxic management, the company is obviously not doing great financially, and the ones paying up for it are the employees. They use threat tactics, in general the whole company is holding on fear and burnout. Some do enjoy it due to low self-esteem and others flourish, since they can "legally" abuse others. The salaries are on the market minimum, but you will have to work 24/8 and still be punished by the management. Honestly, not worth at all to make such sacrifices
