Pros

-There are several employment options (both B2B and as a full-time employee), each with different conditions. - There are opportunities for career growth, even transitions into different roles/departments. The company has its own learning platform with courses and books. -Every employee has a mentor (resource manager) who supports them in their work. -The work, onboarding, and project allocation processes are well structured. -The company has offices and employees in multiple countries, which provides opportunities to work in international teams. However, this often comes with significant time zone differences between team members. -There is a possibility to earn bonuses for additional activities such as participating in pre-sales, conducting technical interviews, etc. -You can work from the office or remotely. -There is a great community both within the company and in the department.

Cons

-Working conditions often depend on the specific project and client. For example, if the client is from the USA or Saudi Arabia, the working schedule may shift. On some projects, team had to work overtime to meet deadlines or stay within the provided estimates (which were often not created by the team). -Employees are not usually kept on the bench for long. Sometimes, when a project ends and there is no new one available at the moment, half of the team may be fired. When a new project starts, there may not be a full team available on the bench. -There was a salary freeze for quite a while, but salary reviews have recently resumed.

Thank you for your feedback and such a high estimation of our company! We understand your frustration regarding the negative aspects you mentioned, but unfortunately, they are just peculiarities of the current IT outsourcing market. Nevertheless, Andersen strives to cancel those issues out with a variety of perks and benefits, including those you mentioned.
