      Pros

      Many projects in different domains. Well-defined processes. Friendly atmosphere in the offices. Enough opportunities to grow up as a developer or architect for those who are really willing to do so.

      Cons

      Quite a lot of "optional" activities that are either not paid or paid once per 1.5 years.

      Good people, friendly atmosphere Lively corporate culture with many interesting team-building events Nice offices If they offer you a good salary and an interesting project, it’s worth considering

      Cons

      Salary reviews are hardly based on your hard or soft skills, but rather on some non-transparent criteria Although the company is fairly large, it’s often not big enough to reassign you to another project if the one you’re on doesn’t suit your interests
