Thank you for your feedback! Sometimes we have to urgently close a gap with a specialist from the market – in this case, Andersen can go for overpriced candidates. However, in this respect, we make sure the salaries of our current employees of the same specialization will reach the same level. At our company, the hiring process consists of several stages and involves approvals from a range of responsible people; hence nepotism at Andersen is physically impossible.

Great opportunity for entry-level IT specialists to develop within the industry. The benefits package is strong — medical insurance and sports compensation are both useful and appreciated. The office is modern and centrally located, with a friendly, supportive team. Frequent events (at least in the Polish offices) add to a positive work environment.

Cons

Career and salary progression relies heavily on involvement in extra activities beyond core responsibilities — such as interviewing interns or leading lab projects. These are required from a certain grade level, yet go unpaid for the first six months. Even after that, compensation is folded into the annual bonus, not reflected in monthly salary. This structure leads to unavoidable overwork.
