Pros

All things people - nice office, team, atmosphere. Diverse projects. Transparent requirements / conditions. For junior positions it's also an opportunity to get a first job via internship. Good activities after work.

Cons

All things money - modest salary, "business optimizations" (the tendency to cut bonuses / make them unreliable), additional (overtime) activities as the only way to get a raise.

Pros

- Ability to get commercial experience from scratch - Very intensive internship - Wide benefits - Many events - Lots of opportunities to get experience in different areas includes managment - Hybrid or remote work

Cons

- Due to the intense workload, you can quickly burn out - It's hard to get into a long-term project (but for someone it could be good option) - Salaries are below the industry average, and promotions do not result in significant salary increases. Most bonuses are paid only once a year.
