Andersen Lab reviews

I worked at Andersen 3 years ago for a year, and don’t have complaints. I was hired as a junior java developer. In the previous place of work, I was a QA and they wasn’t happy when I told them I want to become a java developer and didn’t allow me to change direction within the company, so I changed the company :) Andersen actually allows you to do so. In general, it’s a good place to start your career in the new direction or in IT in general. They also allow to work from home or switch between office and home, but I recommend to work from office, because there is a lot of fun in the office. At least it was so when I worked there.

The company give learning and development opportunities. It is easy to grow here and it is clear how to do it thanks to personal development plan. Additional activities, for which you receive additional money. Plus the activities itself are interesting and goood to broaden your expertise. Good corporate culture and real support of Ukrainian employees.
